Buva Heavy

Buva Heavy (Bupivacaine HCL with Dextrose) is a hyperbaric formulation of bupivacaine used for spinal (intrathecal) anesthesia. The added dextrose increases solution density, allowing controlled spread in cerebrospinal fluid based on patient positioning. It provides rapid onset and dense sensory and motor block, making it ideal for lower abdominal, obstetric (C-section), and lower limb surgeries.
