Combined preparation, providing expectorant, decongestion and antihistaminic effect. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that helps loosen mucus (phlegm) from the lungs and make it easier to cough up. Diphenhydramine, an antihistamine that helps relieve coughing and dry secretions in the nose and chest, and levomenthol, which helps you breathe more easily by relieving congestion, also relieves a sore throat
