Denbac 25

Denbac (Dantrolene Sodium) is a peripherally acting skeletal muscle relaxant belonging to the class of direct-acting muscle relaxants. It is indicated for the management of severe spasticity due to neurological conditions such as stroke, spinal cord injury, and multiple sclerosis, and also for malignant hyperthermia.

Its special feature is a unique peripheral mechanism that inhibits calcium release in skeletal muscles, reducing contraction without significant CNS effects.
