Mirogab
Mirogab (Mirogabalin) is an α2δ ligand anticonvulsant and analgesic belonging to gamma-amino acid derivatives which is indicated for peripheral neuropathic pain, including diabetic neuropathy and postherpetic neuralgia. Its special feature is selective binding to the α2δ subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the CNS, reducing calcium influx and neurotransmitter release, thereby relieving neuropathic pain.
