Paloxi
Paloxi the preparation of Palonosetron, an antiemetic medication used to prevent nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy and surgery. It belongs to the class of 5-HT₃ (serotonin) receptor antagonists and works by blocking serotonin signals in the brain and gut that trigger nausea & vomiting.
