Sotoras
Sotoras is Sotorasib, a KRAS G12C targeted inhibitor. It is indicated for KRAS G12C-mutated NSCLC and other selected solid tumors and works by irreversibly binding the mutant KRAS G12C protein to suppress downstream signaling.
